Just a check-in

pckt blog passed one thousand users today.

I know it doesn't sound like a lot in this day and age, but let me tell you, that's a lot ! I'm so thankful that that many people have even spent any amount of time exploring pckt blog and giving it a chance.

Of course, not all one thousand people will be blogging on here, I'm sure of that, but at least some of them will be :) and that makes me so happy ! It's really exciting to be working on something that first of all, I'm very passionate about, and second of all, something that other people are actually getting to use and enjoy.

As intimidating as it is to run a platform that people are now relying on, I'm really hoping to be able to continue to see pckt grow, and for more people to be able to easily get started with blogging. I want to get to know you ! I want to read your blog ! I want to see the world through your perspective !!

I want to write more for my own blog too, and share more about my experiences and hopefully have a little bit more to talk about than just pckt blog lol. Maybe I'll talk about pckt cafe and how I just got a really cute logo from @wendyleftmealone.bsky.social. I do want to talk about that, but also I'm just kidding, that's still about pckt 😅

Okay, so pckt is clearly my obsession :( you've caught me.

But I do really want to get out more, and enjoy the sunshine with fig, spend more time at the lagoon, go on a road trip, visit some fun places together, experience new things... At the same time that I hate daylight savings, it does help me feel alive, and like the day isn't just completely over after work. It's nice to have some extra daytime in the evenings.

Maybe these are things I can write about, or maybe I'll write about something else entirely. I have been wanting to get my zines posted on pckt, I think that will be something I do soon. Maybe I'll make another zine soon and write about that, who knows !

Whatever I decide, I'm glad to have a place to talk about it.
